Your Stay at Llanerchindda

Llanerchindda offers a range of accommodation options in the heart of Mid Wales, including comfortable guest house rooms and fully equipped self-catering cottages. Whether you are visiting for an activity break, a touring holiday, or a quiet countryside stay, we provide flexible accommodation with optional dining to suit your needs. All stays are set within our 50-acre estate overlooking the Bran Valley, with easy access to walking routes, driving tours, and outdoor experiences.

Guests can choose between bed and breakfast accommodation in the main house or independent stays in one of our cottages, with the option to add freshly prepared evening meals, breakfasts, and packed lunches throughout your visit.

Guest House Rooms

All guest house rooms are en-suite and include full access to the dining room and guest facilities.

  • Sunday – Thursday: £63.00 per person per night

  • Friday – Saturday: £68.00 per person per night

  • Single Supplement: £25.00 per room per night

All rates include VAT and a full farmhouse breakfast.

Our cottages provide flexible accommodation with the comfort of a private space and access to optional dining and on-site services.

Y Stabl Cottage (Sleeps 6)

A traditional stone cottage featuring three bedrooms, an open-plan living area, log fire, and underfloor heating. Ideal for families or small groups.

  • Mid Season: £745 (5 nights) | £1,100 (7 nights)

Farmhouse (Sleeps 10–11)

A spacious group property with multiple bedrooms, large communal areas, log fire, and underfloor heating. Ideal for group stays, walking holidays, and activity breaks.

  • Low Season: £920 (5 nights) | £1,365 (7 nights)

  • Mid Season: £1,130 (5 nights) | £1,690 (7 nights)

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily between 8.00am and 9.00am.

Guests enjoy a full farmhouse breakfast including a buffet selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, pastries, toast, and a cooked Welsh breakfast.

For self-catering guests, breakfast can be added at:

Evening Meals

Dinner is served each evening at 7.30pm in the dining room.

Our three-course set menu changes daily and features traditional home-cooked dishes using local ingredients where possible. Vegetarian and dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.

Ideal for guests exploring the local area by foot, bike, or vehicle.

  • £11.50 per person per day

  • 60 minute stargazing with Dafydd and his Laser Pointer £35.00 per person

New Year Celebration Package 2026/27

  • 3 night package - £485.00 per person

  • The package includes dinner, bed, breakfast & afternoon tea each day, a drinks reception on the first night, a drive to explore the beautiful scenery the area has to offer, pre dinner cocktail & 6 course gourmet meal on New Years Eve with Champagne & fire works at midnight

Cancellation Policy - Llanerchindda Farm  - 1st July 2026

When you make a reservation at Llanerchindda Farm you are entering into a legally binding contract.

 

In the event of you having to cancel the reservation within 21 days of arrival you will be liable to pay the full cost of the whole reservation you have booked, however we will make all possible efforts to re-let the accommodation reserved, if we can only re-let part of the accommodation booked you will be liable to pay for anything unoccupied.

In the event of you cancelling prior to 21 days before arrival then you will only be liable to pay a cancellation fee of £20.00 per room booked.

 

There is a non-refundable deposit For Y Stabl Cottage of £200.00 & the Farmhouse of £250.00 which will be charged to the credit/debit card details given at the time of booking.

 

We Strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance, remember you may already be covered on your credit card or through an annual holiday insurance policy.
