We know that a holiday in the countryside wouldn’t feel complete without your four-legged companions. At Llanerchindda, dogs are very much part of the family, and we’re always delighted to welcome well-behaved pets to share in the adventure.
Surrounded by open hills, quiet lanes and miles of unspoilt countryside, this is a place where tails can wag freely and muddy paws are all part of the experience. Whether it’s a gentle morning stroll or a full day exploring the great outdoors, there’s space here for everyone to stretch their legs.
Bringing your Dog
Dogs are welcome in selected rooms and cottages, and we aim to make their stay just as comfortable as yours.
With plenty of walking routes right from the doorstep, fresh air and wide-open views, it’s a true dog’s paradise.
We simply ask that dogs are kept under control around livestock and other guests, and that they’re not left unattended in rooms.
A towel by the door for muddy paws is always a good idea after a day out on the hills!
Walking & Exploring
Step straight out into the countryside and discover peaceful tracks, woodland paths and rolling landscapes perfect for long walks with your dog. There’s no need to get in the car – the best routes begin right here.
Horses Welcome Too
For those travelling with horses, Llanerchindda offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a true riding holiday in the heart of the Welsh countryside.
With quiet lanes, open terrain and access to scenic riding routes, it’s an ideal base for exploring on horseback.
We can accommodate visiting horses by prior arrangement, so you can bring them along and experience the landscape together.
