Llanerchindda is the ideal base for group getaways, corporate retreats, team-building days, and multi-activity breaks in the heart of Mid Wales. Surrounded by 50 acres of private countryside with sweeping views over the Bran Valley and Brecon Beacons, the setting offers space, privacy, and inspiration away from the pressures of the workplace.
Whether you’re planning a corporate incentive trip, a club gathering, a family celebration, or a tailored activity weekend, we can create a flexible package designed entirely around your group’s needs. With accommodation for up to 19 guests in the Guest House and additional capacity in our self-catering cottages (sleeping 10 and 6), we can comfortably host both small and larger groups. We can also provide catering for up to 35 people, including breakfast, lunch, and evening meals.

Tailored Group Experiences
No two groups are the same, which is why all our corporate and group packages are completely bespoke. From half-day activity sessions to full weekend itineraries, we can design an experience that balances adventure, downtime, and social time together.
A typical day might include a combination of clay pigeon shooting, archery, and outdoor challenges delivered in partnership with experienced instructors. Alternatively, you may prefer a more relaxed format with scenic walks, local exploration, and evening dining in our warm and welcoming Guest House dining room.
We work closely with each group to ensure the schedule, activities, and pace suit your requirements, making Llanerchindda an adaptable venue for everything from corporate away days to special interest clubs.
Example One-Day Group Activity Package (8 people)
A popular format for corporate teams and small groups combines friendly competition, outdoor activity, and shared dining in a relaxed rural setting.
Your day begins at 10.00am with a welcome briefing, including tea and coffee, before the group is split into two teams. While one group enjoys archery instruction and target practice, the other takes part in clay pigeon shooting with full tuition and safety guidance. The groups then swap, ensuring everyone experiences both activities.
At midday, you come together for a freshly prepared lunch before continuing with the afternoon session. The day concludes with tea and coffee around 4.00pm, offering time to relax and reflect on the experience.
This format works particularly well for team-building, offering a balance of focus, friendly competition, and shared achievement.
Example Residential Group Package (4 people, 2 nights)
For groups wanting a more immersive experience, our residential packages combine accommodation, dining, and activities over several days.
Arrive in the evening for a three-course dinner and settle into your accommodation overlooking the valley. The following day begins with breakfast before a full activity schedule including archery and clay pigeon shooting sessions, each delivered with professional instruction and all equipment provided.
A midday lunch break allows time to relax before the afternoon activities continue at a comfortable pace. Evenings are spent enjoying freshly prepared dinners in the Guest House, with time to unwind by the fire or take in the peaceful countryside surroundings.
After a second overnight stay and breakfast, guests depart refreshed, having experienced both adventure and relaxation in one stay.
Accommodation & Facilities
Llanerchindda is well equipped to support group stays of all sizes. The Guest House provides en-suite rooms with comfortable furnishings, while our self-catering cottages offer additional flexibility for families or mixed groups.
Dining can be arranged for up to 35 people, with menus tailored to suit your group’s requirements. From hearty breakfasts to evening meals made using local ingredients, food is an important part of the experience here.
On-site facilities include ample parking, outdoor space for group activities, and direct access to walking routes, woodland, and open countryside. The relaxed setting makes it easy to switch between structured activities and informal downtime.
Activities & Add-On Experiences
In addition to structured group packages, we can incorporate a wide range of activities depending on your objectives.
Popular options include clay pigeon shooting, archery, walking routes directly from the farm, and outdoor challenge activities. For more adventurous groups, we can also arrange 4×4 experiences, motorbike touring support, or multi-activity days through trusted local partners.
These can be combined into half-day, full-day, or multi-day itineraries, ensuring your group gets the right balance of challenge, teamwork, and enjoyment.
